Project Bunyola sits among the olive groves and stone terraces of the Serra de Tramuntana — a quietly ambitious renovation of a traditional Mallorcan country home, set on a plot of just over 14,000 m². The house is being carefully reimagined to honour the character of the original structure while bringing it to the standard of a considered, contemporary home.
